Improve your overall fitness by incorporating exercises from ballet, yoga, pilates, dance, and resistance training. This revitalizing workout gently strengthens, stretches and tones all of the major muscles of the body. Ritch and Mia's Studio Barre™ classes had great responses at fitness conferences in Dallas, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago! We are excited to be the first club in the country to hold Studio Barre™ classes!
